No shit Josie. The fuck is going on over there?

They have all gone a very quiet recently. I think this ties in.

Buying a single brand of cordless tools does make sense for a homeowner since they'll all use the same form factor of batteries. However, all cordless tools for job sites are fucking dumb because the batteries need to be swapped out. Swapping batteries isn't really a big deal, but then they're dealing with needing a bunch of extra charged batteries on hand and, worst case scenario, waiting on batteries to recharge/cool off once they burn through all of them.

Depends on the location & intensity of the work that they are doing. They'd likely be fine with using battery tools unless they screwed up the mudding & need to sand it back tons. Do you really think they'll work for 3 hours straight without a break? Even if they did, half their time would be fucking up their dry wall board. The tools would simply be expensive paper weights for most of the time.

Maybe I'm cynical but I fully expect them to have all the animals there destroyed. Unless that would cost more money, in that case Penny might just leave and leave them to starve.
The question of what to do with the animals is the big one for me. The property and equipment can be sold, but nobody wants a bunch of sickly alpaca, sheep, and whatever other miscellaneous livestock they've been neglecting. They're not good for anything. The Tranch doesn't have a method to transport all of the animals elsewhere, either, beyond small trailers. I don't even know if they could be sold for meat or industrial purposes at this point considering the shape they're in. They're a liability for anyone who could take them.

I would like to think that the neighbors would contact the authorities if the animals are abandoned when everyone jumps ship.

They are 100% going to screw up the mudding on their hackjob drywall, especially with those cavernous gaps between the boards and how uneven the edges are.

I'm surprised animal rights activists aren't going after them. Those organizations ARE "tenacious".
They have troon armor. Any organization that tries to intervene will get accused of bullying poor innocent transes who are trying their best in a transphobic world. Cue a new gofundme scam to fight the PETA patriarchy or whatever. It's also harder to get people riled up about neglected livestock (which in this case is occurring mostly off-camera) than, say, a tiktoker hitting her dog. Factor in how overburdened animal welfare organizations and farm sanctuaries have been during the pandemic, and you've got a field full of dead alpacas with no consequences for the monsters who murdered them.

The only question is whether Lagerkommandant Phil will order the liquidation of Alpacawitz or just leave them to starve. Pray for the pacas.

Yeah, there's no way. The only chance they have is if someone else wants to take or buy them for mostly 'hobby' purposes. Or maybe an existing alpaca farm.

There's a sanctuary around that could use a couple hundred pounds of meat alpacas. Even if they decline there's another one a couple hours of driving away.
At least the wolves can have their fill.
I am assuming that Penny, Kevin, and Jen are going to find their own place, but there's no way a rental will allow that many critters.
I reckon they could move back in with Phil's parents lacking other options.

Dry walling news seems a bit trivial in the circumstances, but for the contracting geeks, Phil's posted a few more photos. No sign of any insulation behind there;

And how are the mighty fallen. Was it just a year ago that they grifted $100k. Compare how things are going today.

That comes from the Amazon wishlist.

Price $12.99. He must be sitting in his truck on his way to work cracking his knuckles and muttering to himself "I used to be a contender"
