Corissa... that's not how the tooth fairy works.
The point is that the kid shoves their tooth under their pillow, and the 'fairy' (aka the parent) sneaks a coin in its place and absconds with said tooth. It's like Santa - fantasy fun. "Oooo, the magical fairy visited and left me a quarter for my tooth! Yay!" NOT "The weird lady down the street paid me money for teeth!"

That's how weird fucking predators work. WTF.

Also what the fuck does a little kid need forty bucks for? That is also a great way to create a spoiled child. The quarter is like Santa shit as @Diet Coke 4 Life said. Plus maybe the kid can save up for like a piece of candy or something. No child needs forty bucks unless it’s going to a savings account or to Mommy to buy the kid food or something. This shit is exactly why Corissa is drowning in debt. She does not understand the value of money.

I feel like there’s something fucky going on with the lower part of her face (besides the baglady-tier, fungus-encrusted, hasn’t seen soap in months, visibly crusty skin of course) it looks weirdly lopsided, and I feel like she barely moves her mouth when talking? It looks like she had a lip lift, so that might be it, but it’s creeping me out. She looks like a meat puppet.

I am not sure what kind of treatment she tried to get but it should not have resulted in $110,000 of debt: Even with America's high healthcare costs only major surgery or several months of inpatient treatment would cost that much; the debt would have to be one or both of missed payments and just living above her lifestyle. "Seeking treatment" also implies she gave up on treatment or looked into it but did not follow through which makes it even more of a stretch that all her debt is from that.

Juliana has not given us an exact number, just a claim that it was so much she insisted on being left off the mortgage paperwork because she believed it would be automatically rejected if the bank saw how much debt she has. You can find her video explaining that here and I think she did not come clean about her debt being from credit cards until that video @GenociderSyo posted came out.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was inpatient/residential drug treatment she’s being unspecific about in the hope people assume it was for her self-proclaimed “restrictive eating disorder” (HAHAHAHA). Knowing Corissa she would’ve insisted on one of those swanky rehabs that look like 5 star resorts, which cannot be cheap. Narcissistic C will never admit she’s an addict though.

ETA: Luxury rehabs are absolutely a thing, and multitudinous in the US.

IIRC, she doesn't drink alcohol at all, so it wouldn't surprise me if this were true. But even a non-swanky rehab is expensive.

Swapping out addiction to booze for addiction to food is pretty common.
