Most wars are boring. People had to amuse themselves in WW2 by drawing photorealistic pictures of the Japs

Meanwhile the Japanese propaganda posters were somewhat interesting.

Australia Screams
I argue that this print was made by enemy forces, specifically Japan, to further exploit and provoke tensions between American and Australian allies and in turn advance their own political agenda. The style of this cartoon is reminiscent of Japanese political propaganda of this time

Are those translated into Russian or Ukrainian, and is there an actual difference between the two languages?

Edit: Did the CIA translate these into Ukrainian to distribute them to UAF?

No clue how real or not this is except for the vid where the guy was burning St.George's ribbon.
Supposedly footage from the troops of that infamous stealth tank attack.

They are/were called volunteer battalion UPA "Sonechko"(TL: "Sun" probably)

"is there an actual difference between the two languages?"
I think this statement pretty much sums up what the entire war is really about..
The law, which passed with a 278-38 majority, will require all Ukrainian citizens to know the state language and that it be used while performing official duties. Those subject to the latter requirement will include politicians, judges, doctors, employees of the national bank and state-owned companies, officers in the military, teachers and others.

People were saying similar about the entire war to begin with (most posts here on the farms were of the "Meh, Russia won't do it. It would make no sense, and here's a well reasoned and logical explanation of why" variety, to which Russia replied "Hold my beer").

Never underestimate Russia's ability to follow a completely different logic train than you expect them to or is rational to you.
I don't think it's just Russia. The west has this concept of a "rational actor". That isn't a stupid idea in itself, but what people in the west usually MEAN by "rational actor" is "a progressive, social-capitalist, college educated, upper middle class liberal democrat". Americans especially just don't understand that the rest of the world is different. They genuinely think every person and society are aspiring Americans who just haven't quite got there yet, and are completely shocked when people behave contrary to that.

Ukrainian is just Russian with a lisp. (Back me up here Vince)

Amazing how the Afghans didn't want to play Nintendo Switch and be gay like you're supposed to :stress:

That sideboob is on point.

Lol A they like a propaganda unit or something?
No clue. That was theorized since day one, but any squad would film themselves with defeated enemy casualties if they were allowed to, me thinks.
I also haven't seen any final conclusions on what happened in that tank incident. Ukrainians claim friendly fire, but as with everything they are pumping out, I don't trust that at all.

"The Russian military took control of the arsenal of the Armed Forces of #Ukraine in the #Kharkiv region with thousands of tons of ammunition, warehouses are located on an area of several hundred hectares, including those with Western-made shells"

The Russians are capturing tons of ukre equipment, I remember reading that the Russians destroyed multiple Ukre helicopters with western made stingers in Mariupol.

I'm also reading that multiple Ukre counter-attacks towards Izyum ended in disaster and I've seen videos of Russian SOF ambushing Ukrainian patrols, pretty gruesome stuff.

I really doubt Ukraine's capacity to supply the desperately needed western made artillery to eastern Ukraine and they really need those because they're in an artillery duel with Russia.

This is it, I think:

Additional info: that place in Balakliia is the biggest armament storehouse in Yurop. AFU was using it to supply ATO on Donbass from the very start.

Some wounded are not having fun in Azovstal without antibiotics, I assume:
I dare not think of the smell.

Someone did a photoshop about aforementioned vid..

Lol fucking exceptional, even fucking Stalin admitted that without the US lend lease, and without Britain doing major damage to the Luftwaffe, not to mention the bombing campaigns by both with devastated their production capability, that the Soviets probably would have lost the war.

Nice, so what you're saying is that the Russians may have captured an additional 2 weeks worth of ammo for the Chechen forces. Forthcoming TikTok videos should be lit.
