Vai is an older shitposter and I'm pretty sure she knew about Chris for a while, and just put this out there. Most indies might be in their early 20s but the older ones are aware of lolcows and their impact. Look at Pippa.

Sadly, combing through the replies...it's just a bunch of thirstposting who aren't really aware that Vai's being a shitter.

For clarification: he's using the vtuber tag just because he can. A few other people have done so as well, and it resulted in probably the best meltdown of a Twitch THOT I've ever fucking seen.

EDIT: I'm not familiar with Fuentes. He relies heavily on "Agree & Amplify" in his banter. He's also a total hypocrite. I get the feeling he envy's Jim's online persona, that he wants to be what Jim is.

Checked out photos of that con from previous years and it looks like a lot of those "beginner" cons or cons at smaller cities. I wouldn't expect the kind of stringent vetting from surplus staff that bigger cons can afford to have. Besides, if you've ever been to a con Q&A, you'll quickly realize that a huge percentage of the questions will always be cringe.
