Also, note how all of his focus is on proving its worth something, not talking about any sentimental value this supposed family heirloom has. Of course, this is because it’s just meant to support his retarded coke explanation, but for being a writer, he’s absolutely ass at actually telling a story.

Come on Ralph, build up your hazy memories of this wealthy man, talk about all the other shit that caught your fancy as just a boy to help actually sell the narrative your family had some actual cash.

Looking at the video it appears to be 14k gold, not sure if CRI means anything but I've seen it on other rings:

That being said, these days rings like this really aren't particularly expensive considering how much a phone or graphics card costs, the 600$ one is a 10k gold ring:

To give some credit to Vickers he probably knows better than anyone if Ralph's ring is fake or not given his line of work. This of course will make Ralph cope, seethe and holler more since this came from Vickers. Looking forwards to Ralph's response.

Yep. Everything he's bragging about concerning his family means nothing. The land he has in Louisiana was from his dad, not him. The crackshack in West Memphis, same thing. This ugly ass ring? Grandpapa or whatever. The best Ralph can do on his own is a criminal record, outstanding student loan debt, drug habit, quad tits, bloated corpse of a body, a rented house, two out of wedlock children, one of which he's never met, and a Nissan truck.
