Obama came out with another "false news" swipe now saying 230 and control of 'big tech' is a matter of public import more important than trans feelings. Thats the angle theyll probably take now that it cant be regulated and squeezed as easily, its not in their pocket.

They couldn't be more wrong though; the internet unmoderated is lolbert utopia. If RWers were in power you'd see a left-wing counterculture (again). The only reason it devolves into RW leans is because the left are the establishment.

I also wouldn't be surprised if the crazies came up with copes to stay, like a Stockholm situation. I'm already seeing posts about driving down Twitter stock somehow, like Twitter is the same exact website as Tumblr, so there's some crazies that will always have an excuse to stay.

The only issue is that Elon is all about real ID verification of people who use Twitter because he hates bots. Predicting it will become a more tolerable site but require identification to use effectively.
