New update for Indie Cross:

Definitely in my top 3 favorite mods. The songs are bangers, the homages to the source materials were clever, and the charts were a blast to play. Easy 10/10 imo.

This mod is weird for me... cause it is a really good mod however the cutscenes and plot around pretty much the MORØ Nighteye's oc? (A accusation from /funkg/ only foundation i can find is the red portal being somewhat linked to his oc in Sans vs Bendy) kinda take it out for me AND that it's on Kades engine instead of psychic engine making the game wonky but credit for no boring text box dialogue. Also the fact that 40 people worked on this mod is kinda, jawdropping in a disappointed for this generation way but also impressed way. Overall I'd give a 8/10.
8 mainly because Bendy kneeing boyfriend's face made me laugh.
 
On other news.
Today's Sky 1 Year Anniversary and members of the community decided to make mod for it. It's pretty neat.
Bbpanzu also put the mod back up.
However you will notice there's @Kitsuneskulls now... and a new description.

To add more on he also made a shitter verison of a part of the mod in his own mod. If you wanna compare it to Anniversary mod it is... garbage. Overall thats all the funkin news for this time.

tried it last summer. passed all on hard on my first try until the second song with the newgrounds mascot. was able to beat him on normal first try tho. guess all that ddr/ffr i played as a tween is still in my system to an extent

Looks like the mod got a sequel too. Kinda weird seeing the most hidden character in the community get this much time in the limelight.

It seems that you have stumbled across 4chans attempt on Sky called Skyblue. Yes while the mod was created by Panzu, the design wasn't.
To explain this in the quickest way.
TlDr: The owner of sky made a new redesign that a bunch of anons over at /funkg/ (A fnf general on /vg/) hated. One artist from there was so mad over the redesign, that he took it upon himself to created... this fucking thing

Because /funkg/ is the breeding ground for tourist and newfags it quickly spread all over twitter and reddit,. And people hated it
Despite everyone trashing the design it started a trend of artist creating their own Sky. So now there are a stupid amount of Sky's roaming around (that don't really have their own mods still)
Skyblue eventually got to Panzus attention and I guess he liked it enough he made a mod of her rapping against the new Sky, the one you see in the anniversary mod
So that's Skyblue in a nutshell
Strange how Sky went from being the mod you weren't suppose to talk about to now having a mod celebrating it's creation and it's 1000 interpretations. This might have not been possible if one anonymous artist didn't drew up a new design out of frustration. The power of spite and autism

On a lighter note than all this stupid Sky shit returning from the grave.

Sonichu will be making an appearance in the Sonic.exe 3.0 update, which shouldn't be much of a shocker because Coldsteel will also be in the mod.

It looks pretty neat but it's weird how all we've seen so far is shitty aus and memes so far but that might all they have left at this point, there aren't too many official creepy Sonic characters out there tbh.

Btw I guess there's also going to be a "Minus Sonichu" or something, hard to tell at this point with the random new shit being added into the mod.

I guess it's not a leak but a "concept they decided to pick up" whatever the fuck that means, this is a giant collab project with no real consistency so it makes it hard to tell what is actually in the mod or not.

But either way here's the video of an unfinished version of it I think, again hard to tell what the fuck is even going on at this point.

This doesn't have the full song but I guess they'll go to make a full version at some point or something.

Also funny how huge Sonichu is here and I added the starting part for fun.

It is true that there are other Sonichu mods out but for the most part, they are unfinished or not of the best quality, this one is only special because of its connection to a popular mod so get ready to see some weird-ass shit come from his inclusion in it.

While it is past it's prime, the community is more than rabid enough to support the full version when/if it finally comes out.

Nah this game and its characters have appeared in so many shitty youtube kids videos that have received an insane amount of views. An entire generation of adhd-ridden children will have this game embedded in their brains for a lifetime.

I'd say wait until the Pico day update before we come to that conclusion and even then this game's got Newgrounds nostalgia to help keep it alive.

This update is the team's chance to impress. If it manages to deliver a polished and sizable enough package of content, it should revive things nicely.

If not, then I imagine the fanbase is autistic enough to keep it going for another couple of years or so.

One of the bigger FNF channels called Flippy is calling it quits this month. Even with 650k subs from making exclusively FNF content for 1.5 years it seems he feels that making videos isn't worth it anymore. This may end up being the first recorded instance of a FNF player going outside and touching grass.

On some ironic news. Apparently Indie Cross team had classic fnf drama? (Don't know what it is so someone who feels like it can dive into it) resulting in our guy MORO getting kicked off the team it seems.
