They're talking about Birka female Viking Warrior - they literally just assumed her sex due to the items buried with her; already in the 1970s they had started questioning the sex of the skeleton. It wasn't until 2014 where they did a proper osteological examination, which concluded that the skeleton was female and further DNA tests in 2017 confirmed that.
So the TL;DR is that they were too lazy to do a proper analysis of the bones to begin with and they didn't bother until approx 125 years later.

This shit drives me bananas. The examples they use are literally the cases where someone didn't bother to use the skeleton as a marker for sex, or cases where there weren't enough bones left to make a definitive ID'ing. It's specifically because a lot of anthropologists don't have forensic training that mistakes like that can happen. And once again, trying to take the remains of what appears to be a female warrior, a woman occupying a male social category, and arguing that they must really have been a man inside because no woman could possibly be that.
I will beat these people to death with a pair of pelvises, one male and one female, to illustrate the difference to them (in minecraft).

They're not "averages" or "guidelines," they're traits women have adapted because it's necessary for survival and reproductive success. The vast majority of the physiological differences between males and females exist because of pregnancies. For instance, the curvature of a woman's spine is different from a man's because the front-heaviness caused by a pregnancy means that women need a different center of gravity. The spinal curvature is part of why the ribcage and pelvis are different-- the angle of the spine effects the angle of bones attached to it, obviously, so the pelvis and ribcage are tilted away from the abdomen, which also creates more space for a developing baby. And that's just one example.
Ignoring the differences between the sexes is dangerous in medicine-- historically, most medical research (aside from gynecology, which is a pretty young discipline) was conducted on male subjects because it was figured that men were the "default." The result today is that women are more likely to be misdiagnosed. For example, women are less likely to have strokes and heart attacks, but the ones that do are more likely to die from them because the "typical" symptoms are actually just the ones common in male patients. This is to say nothing of conditions unique to one sex or the other, like endometriomas or prostate cancer.

I've been meaning to post this nutcase here for awhile.
Meet "Mofu". an extremely mentally ill looney who talks in third person and was groomed by online trannies to believe she is a "demi boy"/trans man despite literally nothing about her resembling anything of a man.
Despite this, she takes testosterone/probably other transition meds- which no doubt is one of the reasons why she is so mentally ill and irreversibly damaged nowadays.
It's also likely her boyfriend encourages her to self harm and starve herself- and maybe even take the tranny meds. That or he's just a fag who thinks he has to stay with someone so broken and enable her self destructive behavior.
It's actually quite sad. We have this heavily mentally ill girl who met others online back then- which lead her down the path of pure destruction, instead of healing. This is what my assumption is, anyways.
Also apparently people already been talking about her. No surprise there. Maybe get off the internet, get some real friends, get some help- and people won't be talking about you.

A lot of drugs are tested on men too, because women exists in a perpetual state of Schrodinger's pregnancy. We're both never pregnant and always pregnant and obviously these meds might affect a developing fetus, so they just exclude women. The alternative is monthly pregnancy tests for each woman in the study, testing only on women who have had hysterectomies/tubes removed (not that common because doctors don't believe women when they say they don't want children), or leaving themselves open to huge liability lawsuits.
It's a complex problem without a good, easy solution, but women don't respond to drugs the same way men do, so they need to figure it out.
