For me it's never been a question of whether or not he did it, it's more been a question of how much it matters.

More importantly, I think you're underestimating the prospective defendant's unlikability here. Most juries would convict him on sight, before even hearing the charges. That sentiment will only get worse once they hear him talk, especially if they happen to hear any of his many incendiary diatribes. If Ethan Ralph is charged, he will almost surely be convicted. If Ralph isn’t kicking himself over not deleting his little “women deserve to be treated like whores” monologue before it got archived, he should be.
