Feminine cis dudes with dicks - even if the art / anatomy is bad - are not SJW, like other posters have said. SJWs would see a feminine man and say "That's not a man, that's a stunning and brave trans girl!"
I also didn't see any screenshots of them begging for money, you just posted a commission sheet, which is pretty standard for digital artists. The art isn't even that terrible; granted it's not $250 worthy but it's far from the worst art I've seen in this thread.

What I got from this thread is "Don't be rude to artists under the guise of criticism." If you're paying for art then yes of course you have every right to criticize the work, but this thread isn't talking about that. It's talking about beginner artists and people who make art for their own enjoyment, and chances are neither of those artists are taking commissions.
