In many cases, he'd get away with it. A lot of women wouldn't report because they don't want to be labelled as "Karens", and a lot of police wouldn't investigate because they're afraid of being called "transphobes".

Well, like that's the thing. I don't even have to see this dude's body to know he can easily still move a couch. Your reasoning may be correct but this is a big one I think we should consider too.

The "anti-trans" laws they are passing don't do anything but stop grade schoolers from being told to go on puberty blockers.
