Definitely, there's things easy to dislike about both but they seem like sweethearts and their work ethic is respectable. The only really surprising thing in the video is Kiara's kinda cute. Never sought out her photos before so all I'd seen was the cosplay that gets posted which has a certain uncanny valley feel to it.
Calli is a hot mess who can't help but say stupid stuff, but honestly she seems like a good person, just overworking herself

Most of the times, its them relating to controversial people: Calli with TTcrew & Sydney and Kiara with Vei & Nyanners; that and the bad reactions they had when some people critizised them instead of taking the Gura way. There may be other minor reasons like disliking her personality, the way they talk or how they treat other holo members.
You would be amazed at how many people's first reaction to an event is to pull their fucking phone out and either record themselves talking about it, or record said event and not help out. That or go to Twitter to bitch about it.
