It does say its a rather low percentage given Musk is unlikely to face anti-trust scrutiny due holding no media companies, but even then that isn't a '"probably" won't happen". I know Palmer is a retard, but when he can be fact checked in such a pathetically simple way then he really should reconsider his line of work.

They like to comingle the principle of free speech with the legal protection of free speech (the First Amendment's restrictions against government action). As if free speech is only a legal concept rather than an ethical one. You can strive to uphold the concept of freedom of speech without being legally forced to respect it like the government is. It's an American value and at one time we all at least pretended to care about it. It really should be a common value that despite our differences we all share and try to live by. But it's increasingly been made into a pesky limitation of government rather than a shared philosophy.
