They'll be back. Why? Because they really don't have anywhere else to go.

They can't randomly screech at people IRL. There are entire subreddits dedicated to making fun of these types of people and I'm willing to bet that they will pounce the moment they start seeing the Twitter refugees whining on Reddit. Tumblr is more or less dead after they stopped allowing porn. And any Twitter alternative will lose it's appeal rather quickly because they'll have no "misogynistic/homophobic/transphobic nazis" to cry about. The only place that might accept them is TikTok, but that might also get old fast, as tweeting is just easier and more convenient than filming a short video.

Give it time. They'll come back. They always do.

I call it "waving the American flag to oppose the American flag". The George Floyd riots were when the mask slipped and they let loose their true feelings, chanting "burn everything down!", pulling down statues and denigrating American history. But if an opportunity to portray themselves as patriots (particularly at the expense of the right, like after January 6th) presents itself then they suddenly drop the flag-burning antics and instantly turn into mini Uncle Sams, bandying around language like "unpatriotic", "seditious", "insurrectionists", and "traitors" to describe their enemies. Suddenly it's they who love America and want to defend it from people wanting to burn it down, just forget what they were doing five minutes ago. It's utterly shameless.

Fun fact: WE give women more of a voice than the progressives do. They bully women into silence, which is why TERFs could even become a thing. Silence women uncomfortable about the whole trans in women’s restrooms thing, you’re going to get blowback.
