The reason this isn't going to happen is simple: Ralph doesn't really want to fight. What he really wants is the end result of what happened with Warski vs Tonka. He wants to maneuver his opponent into bitching out of situation they put themselves in and then relishing in their self-destruction that comes afterwards.

What Ralph doesn't understand is the dynamics that were at play in the Tonkasaw/Warksi drama. Tonkasaw was an internet tough guy who did a whole bunch of pussy gay ops to somebody and challenged that person to a fight, not expecting for that person to take the offer because the offer was more of an act of intimidation than anything else. Instead that person did take that offer, and Tonkasaw was thus forced to pussy out because he knew he couldn't go through with it. He ends up doing so in the most humiliating way imaginable, and thus he was ruined afterwards.

Ralph thinks he is in the position that Warski was in, but really he is more in Tonka's. He's built up a lot of hatred towards him due to his atrocious behavior, and now he's challenging people because of his ego.
