Yes, I was hoping for sanity’s sake that it was fake, but the woman’s reactions in the comments (wanting to avoid confrontation, being reluctant to speak out and raise hell because she didn’t want to get a reputation as a “pushy parent”) are (unfortunately) pretty realistic for female socialization, so I think it’s real.
Even if it wasn’t, it’s happened before. Someone linked this news story in the comments from 2019:

How many other times has it happened? Why isn't it being reported? Why do parents have to rely on idiots like LibsofTikTok to get an inkling of this stuff?
Honestly the only problem with the so-called “grooming panic” is that parents aren’t panicking
