Reading this popped a question in my head. Maybe it's been answered and I don't remember but does he hold any sort of copyright for his name?
Nope! Burnell Productions isn't registered for copyright in the U.S. Copyright office. Again, Phil is too damn lazy to pay the $45 to copyright that trash he calls "content".

Edit: I wanted to take another screengrab to show even if you spell "productions, Burnell", it still comes up with the same thing. So, when Phil claims that people "stealing" his trash and how it's "illegal", its not, Phil. I'm not a IP lawyer, but even I'm guessing if some mentally ill moron wants to pay the $45 to copyright that trash, throw Phil a DMCA for a "copyright strike", and have the ACTUAL proof. However, that's like banging the prom queen after she's menopausal, divorced, out of her second stint in rehab, and 50 pounds overweight. Do what you want to do, I'm just here for the lulz.

Again, NOT a IP expert, but going off of the fact that every-time there's a piece of music, they get first hand on that YT's adsense....and we all know Phil needs EVERY bit of money he can get his huff's on.

Holy shit, I thought you guys were exaggerating when you said he only jump attacks. I’m watching Memology’s vid and I have not seem him throw a single attack that wasn’t a jump attack. Even his friggin’ combos are just “jump, attack, jump, attack, jump, attack.”
And he has done this for almost the whole playthrough, starting with a halberd.

Two months of jump attacks. It's absurd, isn't it? He talks about builds like it changes much of anything when it's jump.attack.every.single.time.

I suspect Phil, or more likely a retarded stalker, is using bots. Maybe 100 at a time, though.
I've noticed this myself, for a while whenever his stream went down for several seconds to a minute his viewers would suddenly drop 100 and as soon as the stream would start up again those 100 would return. I'm suspecting viewbots myself but it could also YT being a shit.

In any case if there are viewbots I bet it's one of his dents paying for them to own da trollz.

So he is FINALLY at the end, It took him 2 months to get to the end of Elden Rings?
...
To be fair, every time I saw him play it was stalling... stalling and more stalling!
Oh he's not at the end yet, he's still got an entire zone to go followed by the actual gauntlet of end game bosses. I wouldn't be surprised if he's still at it half way through fucking May at the pace he plays. And that's only if he gets through Malenia lmao.

Phil is upset that those mentally brain dead fucking morons are uploading his pre-stream podcasts to Spotify. He knew about this, but he's screaming about it because it's "illegal.". No, Phil; it's not! If you want to copyright your work, it cost $45 to file with the U.S. Copyright office. Here's the link to back that up. Also, big ups to Sunspot for quoting the roach on saying that he "cannot afford copyright.". $45 is too much, dood! That's one meal of DoorDash, dood!

They are unlistenable crap...utterly unlistanable. Effectively the WORST podcast ever.
But I am happy they upload them! WITH the piggy picture.

He is gonna milk Elden Ring until the end of summer isn't he? He is probably thinking along those lines as summer is usually a "game drought" so he needs to fill the void. Or he will do more DSP reacts to DTRH videos until that money well dries up or he gets copyright claimed.

I knew he was going to attempt to drag it out for as long as he possibly can, but you'll notice it seems he's getting a bit impatient with the game, not necessarily because he's getting annoyed + turned it into a snooze fest, but ultimately the tips are nowhere near as high as they once were even a few weeks back.

You can tell as well just by the stream attendance, it's like a pay pig mental tug of war between justifying tipping and seeing Phil beat the game till the very end or just dip and wait till he has the next hottest new release on rotation, but again that could potentially be another month.
