Also I don't believe he visited schools all week, drew ugly ass roadkill on the white board while talking about people who are "neither boys nor girls or both" and none of these 8 years old kids said something funny, weird or challenging. Most artists visiting schools love to make cartoons about shit kids actually said even if it was mean or inppropriate because it's funny and interesting.
I don't know how many kids he met but if there was only 3 "positive" reactions (two of which are pure interpretation from him) it's good news.

And this "artsy" kid "shyly telling him he likes to dress like a girl at home" (billy must have been like "he's actually me!")

So after Billy talked about gender bullshit to a class, one of the really young boys felt invited to go privately talk with this huge man he just met. And told him secrets about his experimentations with his own body. The grown man is very excited about this.

The whole thing has “thathappened” vibes. I suspect that in reality, the terribly earnest teachers introduced Billy, the kids sat through it and afterwards they made fun of the fat old man in a dress.

Troons always have this incredibly naive and sentimental view of how kids act, probably because their only interest in them is political and/or sexual. I always remember Terry Pratchett’s quote, “Real children don’t go hoppity-skip unless they’re on drugs.”

I heard the shy artsy kid saved the Enterprise

The kid wasn't THAT shy. They* came up to some dude who just gave a talk What about the REALLY shy kid with anxiety (that's a high level twitter-power disorder giving +2 to bitch, and 3 saving throws against criticism). They got totally marginalized and their identity co-opted by the merely quiet.

* Maybe that artsy kid was a girl. It's really quite Nazi for Sophie to just assume that "girl clothes" would somehow be noteable for girls.
and I hope Shopie, being the historian he is, will-smith-slapped the child and reminded them that clothes aren't gendered and, in fact, siginifiers like legged trousers were very very often due to use of the horse as a tool of conquest.

From the stuff I've read in the last few years it definitely sounds like grooming, a combination of 'Wow, trans and gay is so cool, don't you want to be cool kids?' combined with talking about how problematic cis straight people are not to mention the whole 'privilege' thing which means they get actual benefits for publically identifying in a certain way as well as power over their teachers.

That kind of stuff is going to be ignored sadly as ‘TERFs being TERFs’, particularly the article that outright calls Labelle a man, although really even if you were subtle it probably wouldn’t change anything because the reputation of trans people is more important than the safety of children these days apparently.

But I think the whole radical feminist thing makes it more difficult since it’s often like they’re just mad troons have usurped them on the progressive stack and they make it an us vs them thing which perverts like Sophie Labelle can then hide behind and act like a perpetual victim whoever he’s exposed leaving the teachers the option of either ignoring it and let everyone see them as a good progressive ally who invited tranny Shrek or risk their job from being accused of taking the side of radical feminists.

I wish they wouldn’t do the “HE’S A MAAAAN!” thing. Yeah, it’s true, but it’s preaching to the choir and it takes focus from the important issue - the man is being given access to kids while also displaying some extremely dubious interest in them. The people the radfems need to get on side are the allies who buy into the “trans women are women” schtick. Sometimes you have to play the game.

I also think Billy’s story about losing his virginity at 13 to an older man is a notable omission. If you’re pushing the idea that Billy is dangerous to children, that’s one of the most important elements.
