The point is, he's already used this to drive sales of his merchandise. Now that he has the money, he's instead trying to turn it into Twitch views and support. So instead of going to an actual worthwhile cause, he's spending it on good will hoping in exchange for Twitch views, subscriptions and tips.

To act like $140 to a charity is nothing, but splitting it amongst online streamers is worthwhile is crazy, especially when people bought the shirts believing it was going to something like Ukrainian relief.
It's actually one of the more despicable things he's done recently and he's so casual about it. Pure entitlement and greed.

Thats the thing. I dont think he can do anything that will help his channel or "career". He is an extremely unlikable person and any attempt of him to get people to like him backfire. He only found moderate success because people liked laughing at him for being a fat fuck. He decided to push it further by eliciting pity from the audience and kept trying to milk the internet for pity and asspats while showing that same internet audience what an asshat he is.

The majority of people even know hes not going to do this boxing shit. I just think of his debacle with Alan of EDDF and how he was given a chance to lose weight and make solid content. He just couldnt be fucked to do any effort but he also had to find a way to excuse himself from doing so. As many have said hes just gonna milk it till the end and then find a way to excuse himself.
