Do you mean minors under 18, or college students under 21 in a dorm drinking, because this was when I was living at SW 5th Ave & SW College St in Portland Oregon.

Oregon only has 1/3rd the number of required public defense attorneys, and the practice has been found to be unconstitutional. Also, the funds that I had previously accrued working in technology, has gone to my ex wife already. Now that I am older, I have been suffering worse symptoms of Crohns disease, and due to my poor vision, I do not have the same range of employment opportunities as a healthy individual. So instead I have been working on machine learning models for legal text, with the hope that eventually it can improve the legal profession, with the goal to improve the methods that are used currently.

For fun, our group trained a large language model on 4chan, and called it GPT-4chan. I am hoping that eventually I will accumulate enough experience, that when my post conviction process is complete, that I can go work in AI/ML instead.

I mean, I do not personally have any interest in AI waifu's, but my suggestion is that EleutherAI has a model called GPTJ-6B, which you could probably fine tune to produce the results that you want. This model can be hosted on the platform "hugging face", and queried if you don't want to self host the model yourself.

OpenAI is very litigation wary, so they are very strict about not letting things into live production, which utilize their services, that could be the source of a lawsuit however frivolous, this is why in part that I have to train my own relatively smaller models despite GPT3 working very well at doing all of the tasks.

I also clarified the issues regarding the conviction on the profile page, the TLDR is that we made pornography for the purposes of financial gain in 2011, and a year after the divorce was finalized she told me to remove the videos, and I refused.
