Western Animation - Discuss American, Canadian, and European cartoons here (or just bitch about wokeshit, I guess)

like that holocaust clown movie.
Hey, in two years, you'll be able to see it at the Library of Congress. Don't you knock the Jerry. Incidentally, have you read this old article on the film?

This sounds like an either so-bad-it's-good trainwreck, or an unbelievably boring slog. There is no inbetween.
If you tried to play a game with this where you drank every time the movie gets something wrong about Russian history, you'd be drunk in the first ten minutes.

Supposedly in this movie you have Rasputin getting Burger King, breakdancing, and going to Hot Topic.

That was a fascinating read.

And these illustrations are gold.

Anyone know if there's some sort of new industry policy that you have to delete your old Deviantart account if you work in the industry?
I've been trawling the DA of an old artist I used to dig and there's tons of conversations between him and deleted accounts from people who later got jobs in the industry.
It pisses me off because holy smokes are a lot of the thumbnails on archive.org good.

TL;DR: Most likely DA's shitty management is gaslighting me into believing that they're implementing more bizarre industry policies

I have no idea, but I assume the networks don't want anything leaking...

At lot of people think the pre revival era of Family Guy is the best. In my opinion season 4-6 was when the show peaked. Sadly a lot of online neckbeards hate anything after the first three seasons.
i agree, while I do like the 1st 3 seasons of Family Guy, seasons 4 - 6 really came into their own to standout against South Park and Simpsons

It was apparently directed by the same guy who did Waltz with Bashir, so make of that what you will.
>compares illegal rapefugees with jews to tell us that le evil oppression still exists ;_;7
of fucking course
what I wouldn't give to put a dozen of innocent refugees into the homes of every staff who contributed to this shit show.

I’m obviously not saying anything new here, but the 1984 Transformers series is probably the most patriotic and American TV show that you will ever watch in your life.

This and G.I. Joe is just something that the doomsayer needs when life is not going in the direction that you wish it should.

How can it be patriotic and American when the robots aren't even citizens?

Optimus Prime in his 1984 version is a lot more patriotic and American than the actual Americans…
Actually, I’m going to have to think about that, because I was just about to go on a tangent talking about the Autobots and Decepticons represent our current American political system.

Either way, it’s a great cartoon for its time.

So I just saw the trailer for the Bob's Burgers movie and why? I'm not necessary opposed to a Bob's Burgers movie but the show is like a good eight years past its peak popularity at this point.

I guess The Simpsons did it but still.
I agree. The movie looks like an extended episode that would air on Fox on Sunday evening. They didn't show any of the songs but apparently it's going to be a musical. You can see the scenes in the trailer where the characters dance around. If you're still a diehard fan of the show and watch it regularly I hope you like it.
