I'm no lawyer but I would think there would be some issue with making such official reports to a Medical Board, and you were never a patient of said provider.

She also got an email that was very distasteful which I do not want to post here cause of the language in the email, however, the person was contacted and then reached out to the Dr. with the following emails from another email account she cut out to protect his email he uses.

again the email that was sent to her in this guy's name as he describes disgusting, and I do not want to post it here out of respect for this community and violate possible rules etc. However this is crossing a line, This person is also a medical professional as well for his name to be used in such a manner was low and vile.
