Not sure if shit's special in DC; but if he did, his vehicle, he's responsible because the cops can't prove otherwise and it'd be two retards saying "It's theirs!" If cops wanted to, they'd just hold both of them.

yeah obviously. I assume Ethan just blamed her to buy time and to take his chances.
She will just deny its hers, which means the drugs are his responsibility since its his car.

I wouldn't put it past him to throw her under the bus like this, but I hope its not true. I don't want the Greatest Show in Girth to end.

I am not savvy when it comes to law but could this arrest fuck him over because of his stayed sentence even if they don't find drugs?
