If there's nothing they could charge him for, they could still arrest him and notify his parole officer about him being a fucking retard. If the PO says to bring him in, he'd be officially bagged and tagged into the system and transferred back to his part of Virginia. If they don't have anything, they can't charge anything, but that doesn't mean they can't see his record or make a phone call. They can also detain for up to 24 hours IIRC, not sure if DC has special stipulations or whatever.

Wait, he got arrested? I'm scrolling through the main page and that sub is there...How??? How can you fuck up this much? I said it in a few other threads, this motherfucker can't go out of his hovel because if he does, shit happens that always negatively hurts him. If he's booked, that's got to violate some parole order, right?

I'm honestly trying to wrap my head around living a life where you can't go out without either a) getting smacked or b) getting arrested.

It's pretty easy for Ralph to live a life where he can go outside without getting arrested, it would just require him to not film/stream everything he does, that's all.
