This is incredibly retarded but I'm curious if the text Boomia foolishly sent is a crime in and of itself. Because as far as we know now there's no record of a bomb threat (that we know of) I guess I'm just curious to what kind of charges would Boomia face if state officials determined that there's enough for a case?

I sort of understand just policing the rule across the board because you can always rely on morons to go too far or do something stupid.

In fairness the majority of us don't do anything to Fatrick. And I mean 99% of us. he's best left to his own devices. Hell even African American Andrew hasnt done a thing since the court case. A lot of people were, and are, pretty pissed at Boomia for going this far.
Sure its funny to see Fatrick spend hours arguing with his yellow teeth or toilet, or spend hours texting how he will kill on sight etc but the general consensus is, as it is here, don't cow tip.
It's better to see Fatrick cook up his own false flag shit and blatantly lie than ever give him ammo.

I don't know, it certainly seems these OnA fags are as broken up over this as Rick is over his Twitter being suspended. All in all with section 230 in place the website is protected and short of explicit criminal statements how much moderation is needed? I say let them all post whatever and if the police want to waste time that's on them and the fags calling them. I still haven't seen a crime from anybody online that amounts to more than misdemeanor harassment.

First post here but longtime lurker. Very longtime lurker over at the other Forums, where I helped set up an account for, well, lets just say he's a fairly respected non-bovine musician. And sadly, he's currently locked out of his account.

Boomia might single handedly be the dumbest motherfucker alive. Giving Pat ammo for what? I've just been a reader of this whole saga but I always figured some day, someone was gonna drop the ball. Of course it was the guy who exposed his identity.

The pozloading of negholes rule does content cuck from time to time but it's honestly the most important rule for keeping the forum up long term.

Lol, Boomia is at least as retarded as pat. That's why he's such a perfect nemesis. He has no concept of opsec and managed to dox himself with photos of branded glasses from some restaurant because he couldnt stop himself from texting piggy photos of what he was up to. He took a photo of his young son's fat hands and willingly sent it to a group of merciless internet trolls, which was obviously mocked. Just the other day he made a post telling everyone when his daughter's birthday was. The guy's obviously fat and stupid too.

He wrote some big long rambling posts explaining his plan on the other site before it all mysteriously went down for maintenance. Whether this is some genius 4d chess play (doubtful, but i guess anything's possible in the world of patposting) or whether Boomia just absolutely fucked himself with massive, pat-tier idiocy (likely because he's obviously a big fat slow in the mind) its going to be an interesting new saga. Either way, the Rascals cant stop winning.

Am I missing something here? I'm pretty sure that literally nothing could come from Boomia falsely claiming to have made a bomb threat when no bomb threat was actually made. Obviously it's retarded if there was even a miniscule chance of the bomb threat being real, but even then I don't believe they'd be able to actually punish him, or go after onaforums, as if he actually did it. At most Fatrick could get the guy's name and address, and then actually successfully get a restraining order on Boomia.
