Here's the pertinent part of their TOS. Looks like they violate the first two bullet points (and maybe the 4th - promoting First memberships).

It'd be up to Mojang to crack down on them and send a DMCA(?). Classic roosterteeth. Do you even think they ever realized they were in violation of the TOS, or did they think rules don't apply to them?
Seeing as it’s RT, I’m willing to bet both, if only because their ego and attitude let’s them be vulnerable to the latter. Regardless, I don’t think RT or AH has ever had some legal wing, and now one of the biggest breadwinners could be in the crosshairs.

Considering they blatantly copied another far more successful show and only stopped because actual corpolawyers told them to? No, lol.
I don't know much about this show other than the social media posts promoting it. I don't think it's been discussed yet in this thread. What show are they ripping off (besides survivor, obviously lol)? It looks like they chose 12 of the most insufferable people to play survivor in minecraft and then actually charged money to watch this trash. Did the lawyers come in and force them to change things around?

Anyways, surely it's getting millions of views on the RT website.

it was a last comedian standing game that was coped by Amazon, who copied it from the Japanese.

I love that show. It's been adapted in almost every country in the world, and obviously RT had to steal the idea.

I can't even write a sentence about Funhaus without wondering HOW THE FUCK JAMES AND ELYSE HAVE NOT YET LEFT

They're sad, stupid losers with nowhere else to go?

Lots of DC CW shows got the axe following the WB 3bln shit some of you were talking about a few pages back.
Chances of RT getting the axe?

I just want a time machine, go back to 2016 and enjoy peak Funhaus again.
I was just rewatching some old shit. The Hitman playlists still hold up. G-Force is a great 2 parter as well. I actually really preferred some of the full game playthroughs they did versus one offs.

Whenever I get nostalgic, I watch the Mini Golf Adventures let's plays. Watched em with Mr. Yass a few nights ago and couldn't help but feel a bit sad.
I tend to rewatch the first like 20 to 50 episodes of the minecraft let's play myself, just them dicking around and playing the game before they really burnt themselves out with it.

Looks like Joon the King might be making a doc on our boys at RT…
