Boomia, I was always nice to you on onaforums and youtube, if you recall, but, did you see how permissive Judge Ashley was? People were getting subpoenas with 2 days to file a motion to quash and he just shrugged it off and gave the classic "horse is out of the barn" quote. Brinton, the lying cunt, told the judge that there was no reason to believe that all 60 John Does did not live in Wisconsin and Ashley just went along with it.

I spent hundreds (really) of hours of my personal time getting motions to quash and dismiss ready. I had to learn how to write and cite in proper legal format with no prior experience or help just so I'd have something ready to show a lawyer and have them go over and present because I can't afford tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees to have them do it entirely. Piggy Boy got very far on nothing but lies. If you give him some little nugget that involves bombs and secret forums and shadow conspiracies, who knows how much hassle it could cause.

He accused me (John Doe 37) of defamation, civil conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and tortious interference. The PDFs I ended up creating were 78 and 48 pages. All of that bullshit because of Piggy lying. Was I worried that I would be convicted of any of the horseshit he accused me of? No. But I was sure I would be doxxed and harrassed. I ended up getting lucky and Null smacked them down for me by hiring Robert Barnes.

I'll probably end up posting my motions to quash and dismiss (with SLAPP) if I ever decided to ride off into the sunset of Patposting. I only hold them back because I wouldn't be shocked if Plaintiff Pig came at me again if he got ANY momentum from anything.

It's not about not giving Pat enough to win a case, it's about not giving him enough to smugly and fatly hassle the fuck out of people who have done nothing illegal (or even "wrong," in most cases)

I've found Boomia hilarious in many of his interactions with Pig. He's also a very funny storyteller if you catch his Nice Podcast, Stupid appearances.

His trolling of Pat would remind me of that show Battlebots.

People would bring in these extremely complex robot designs with pneumatic spike drivers and pincers and shit zooming and jumping all over the place and every time (that I watched) they would all lose to some slow, trundling robot that was just a big chunk of metal that could swing or spin a smaller chunk of metal around really fucking fast over and over and over and over and over and over.. That was Boomia's trolling style, and it was really effective.

I'm not trying to be harsh on you, CovidCumia (aka "Boomia").

Fair point. It does follow along my desire to not get doxxed too easy so as to make Pig fight for every inch of ground. I'm not as worried about getting doxxed because my income is secure and not reliant on employment anymore. You just summed up what alot of butthurt brothermen couldn't. I still don't think what i did was that bad, but I can't get them all right, all of the time. I lurked for a long time before I began posting. The big reason I became active was his lawsuit, but I also have a strong sense of freedom to offend and I expect people top respond to criticism, but at some point you have to give up. That's easy to do, the same way if you got the knock and the "knock it off" you'd stop Pat-posting. I enjoy the laughs, but watching the sperg outs today was sad, not funny. It's an addictive hobby but we can't become what we mock. Anyway thanks for the good reply.
