I suspected the good doctor might havw the means and motivation to pay tens if not thousands of dollars to take Savannah to court. This could be a burden to Savannah just in legal expenses alone, but with gofundme the way it is, it may not be as much of a burden as we hope. I only briefly looked over what is there. If it works, sure. As was pointed out she might be able to use crowdfunding through sites like Gofundme to cover the expenses. After her whole "black breastmilk" fiasco I suspect she doesn't have as much community support as she once did, especially now that covid has died down and her gimmick can't be justified as "protecting people from covid misinformation."

So it's possible her ability to crowdfund her legal defense is not as strong as it was previously.

Im not sure if she is needing money I mean she is a Dr after all, yeah I don't think savannah will be able to afford this unless mommy and daddy help, It's my understanding that she has separated from her husband, if this is true then she has spousal support from him under military regs. Lawyers in federal court cost a pretty penny an hour usually 350 to 500. After reading this letter and seeing who the Drs lawyer is. He is no joke this guy Sued CNN on behalf of Congressmen Nunes and also assisted Gen Flynn family members for defamation

So I found this little comment and the response was epic! Seeing as savannah is married to an AF Officer, the military has strict rules on adultery or having said relationship with someone else while you are married. I hardly doubt that her husband is in agreement with this arrangement and the comment makes more sense than what she is suggesting. When service members are separated from their spouses they are required to pay them spousal support. The amount differs by rank and her husband is a Captin o-3. She gets there BAH and they have a kid together so that ups the amount she gets paid to sleep around with who she wants.

If I'm not mistaken Savanah was on a TikTok Live not too long ago saying she is loyal to no man, saying she hates all men #allmen.

As a military spouse, their service members can be held accountable for their spouse's actions. after the DOD does pay for them. and creates a PR issue. There is an AF col facing a congressional investigation for his wife's actions and who is under 2 federal lawsuits right now for conspiracy fraud stalking and harassment. Mostly for the reason that this spouse is targeting another veteran and shown she has access to his VA medical records as well somehow
This issue is on TikTok as well as how I know about it, just doesn't have anything to do with savannah that I can tell but the same thing savannah is doing, this woman offers "revenge coach" services.

Service members can not engage in adultery, as defined as sexual relations with someone who is not your spouse, even if it was ok'd by the wife. It is still adultery and the military can press an art 32 investigation to charge the service members, they need witnesses Audio/video or admission from either person.
That is correct it can not be ethical when the husband can not partake in the party lol
There is nothing the military can do to a cheating spouse, but there are things the military can do to her depending on their actions in the public, and her husband. but it's limited in that aspect.


savannah is just an evil spiteful person all around and I hope the Dr does file a suit on her perhaps that will be her wake up call. That case can cost her a lot in just legal fees alone. Unless she intends on defending herself which I do not see happening

The best part is going to be if/when she's cross examined and has to admit that she's posting people's dox in order to get her followers to harass them. Oh, she'll try and weasel out of it but a half decent attorney can demonstrate to a jury she knew exactly what she was doing.

What's really interesting to me is how this kind of brigading is allowed on apps like TikTok and Twitter. We all know what the people like Malm are doing, they know what they're doing, the moderators know what they're doing, and it's usually against the TOS. That no one from TikTok has told her to at the very least stop releasing people's addresses and phone numbers is kind of suspicious.

That's maybe half right. The intent is to keep people's tendency to fuck each other from negatively affecting the integrity of a unit, but as @ModernTroy pointed out it's adultery in general that's a violation of the UCMJ. While the odds of your average soldier getting hassled for having a gumar are pretty low (it would have to cause a larger, separate problem) it can still happen. I really do hope some shit happens to Malm because of her Onlyfans, like losing spousal support or something like that. Shit would be hilarious.
