Assuming your body doesn't destroy your uterus (even it doesn't think you're a woman), you will take immunosurpressant drugs for the rest of your life. You have to carry the baby which takes a toll on even healthy people, then somehow give birth to it. Males hips simply are not designed for this so C-section will be a must. Assuming you survive all that, I doubt you can breastfeed the baby since the 'mother' is on so many drugs it would poison the child at any attempt.
