The thing they need are short intermissions. When they had to restart the call every hour last time Jim was on, the pacing and flow of the show were, well... kino as fuck. Andy being a retard and showing the link last night, forcing a reset a couple times was not optimal but had a useful effect of keeping the guests focused and allowing a short mental recharge.

I quite like Warski as a hype-man and promoter for the show and he was a lot more bearable today. But having to hear "THIS IS INSANE!", "WOOOOOOOOOAH!" or "ASHTON!!" every time one of his bête noirs makes some shit joke really brings the show down

I think the dynamic with Andy overall is good because it balances out PPP and Andy is the only one who knows how to run tech, but his fucking constant interruptions are pretty annoying. Like why is every reaction so extreme. Not everything needs to be forced, hysterical laughter or bug-eyed disbelief at how INSANE that is. Case in point, there’s a short clip of Fuentes being a fag and Andy has to interrupt and pause every goddamn 5 seconds. Let it run dude.

He reminds me of a musician that’s afraid to let things sit and use silence as a tool to improve the flow of things. Sometimes you have to shut the fuck up, then when you actually lay it down it has more impact.

PPP is really good with someone more up to snuff to go back and forth with, which is why a lot of people here are convinced he was better when surfer was there when in reality we just need the third chair.

My main gripe is the interrupting superchats destroying the flow of the shows well as the fact that they aren’t actually using any of the money at all to better the production quality when that’s supposed to be a big part of the grift. Also they could put more effort into the gumroad content because if you’re going to paywall something it better be fucking gold. My gripes aren’t with warski but with the both of them. If they just did those few things it would be perfect, PPP is always funny and warski has a sort of excited dog charm to him.

To walk back a little of what I said last night about Warski, I think his interruptions and everything would be more tolerable if he just lowered his volume a little, or put on a compressor to gate his loud laughing and yelling initially.
