you missed my point because you boiled it down to me saying one is funny and the other is not. the final fantasy 7 house story is hilarious, but its not fucking rocket science that a weak willed 20 something year old can be emotionally tricked and manuplated to the point of absurdity. It would actually be half way entertaining. If he tells the truth he might let something interesting slip. If you think re-streams are DMCA breaking, I'm a denthead as well..

I consider them Fair Use because those restreamers react, comment and have narration over the original content, where having someone just flat out not talk over DSP during an entire stream is just blatant copying

As for clips like Hate Army, Aqua Teal & Blooper, they can just narrow down a video to just a small segment of Phil talking the context that the De puts as the title

Tl;Dr, Phil complains that everyone takes his words "out of context" yet immediately forgets he is the provider of that content and context, if a video is titled "DSP considers reacting to Howard And John" Podcast, Piggy will 100% say that he is thinking of it on that video...
