They're fighting a losing battle against biology and they just can't accept that. It's not a choice for a lesbian not to be sexually attracted to someone with a penis. There's nothing about that that needs to be "fixed" and it's never going to change. Most male mammals (except humans) don't have a fathering instinct, female mammals have it, that was the thing i was talking about, sorry for the typo.
Even with this, as humans we have a real fathering instinct, this has been seen on androgenic levels on humans after having a kid, fathers after having a kid have a lowered testosterone level for their first years of their life, the same happens with woman after having a kid, who have the same reaction, which is the reduction of estrogen to low levels after the kid is born and when they are breastfeeding.

Its interesting that for tactical convenience this woman will readily admit that having a uterus is an essential and defining characteristic that separates the female sex from the male sex.

It reminds me of a quote from an interview with a Pakistan fighter pilot (can't find it) who was asked how he reconciled his islamic beliefs with being a highly trained pilot. His response was a textbook example of cognitive dissonance where he explained that when he was on the ground, the sky was a curtain with holes in it, but when he was in the air then he thought about it in terms of physics.

This seems to be a similar example where this woman is in an adrenaline fueled, high-octane dogfight (i.e. arguing with somebody she disagrees with) and in the heat of combat she knows that biology is real and that the material facts of reality matter. But once the battle is over and she's back to casually posting on twitter to her followers then the sky is a curtain with holes in it again, transwomen are women.
