Honorary mention: this fat kid whose restraints on the ride didn’t close and he splattered like bird shit on the pavement. You can see him in profile on the left at the beginning of the video. Looks like the restraints weren’t closed properly because fat, and he slipped out the bottom. Warning: gore/death.
I've seen worse gore on YouTube and Reddit, and I'm talking about recently and videos that didn't get immediately Thanos snapped.

The cameraman missed the most "interesting" moment, so there's not much gore if any. Only the fat kid on the floor.

Anna "Hugo" Hendrix, a "gay trans man" of behemoth proportions and frequent character in the Tranny Sideshows thread, passed away in January.

To put it into perspective, the average life expectancy for males in the US is approx. 80 years—so, Hugo’s entire lifespan abt 2.5 times over. But hey, health at every size, right?

eta posted too fast: Do you guys think the more famous deathfat cows are gonna keel over all at once like a domino effect? ‘Cause you know the death of one isn’t going to be enough of a wake-up call to the rest.

Probably not all at once, but maybe around the same age range? Like, say they start dying off when they hit 45-50, that wouldn't surprise me. But then I'm always surprised how people like Ragen and her wife manage to cling to life.

The most popular deathfats never die. Their pure m.ilkable idiocy keeps them alive. Simply because it’s funnier if they’re alive, they remain alive, despite all odds. Nature’s purest irony.

I would say this age range is probably accurate. You see more people's weight begin to catch up to them at this age because normal middle age aches and pains become debilitating when you carry extra weight.

This is also around. The time things like the liver and kidneys begin to tap out.

wake-up call to the rest.

That's a good one, they'll just rationalize it or outright ignore it. Considering how hard it is for a fat person to do normal everyday things without getting out of breath, they must already be aware they're not healthy. But they either don't care or make up some flimsy excuses as to why in their case, it's still okay.

If you reach the point of becoming this fat, you are long past any hope for betterment.

Boogie is showing signs of death within the coming years and he's 48. So none of you are wrong with this age range.

His leg drags like a pimp, half his face doesn't work, red face and his arms are white as heck, he also has visceral fat along with some open sores on his stomach.

I've sorta become sucked into checking the boogie thread daily. It's so strange to watch people rot away and throw away life in real time all while having the resources around them to better themselves.

Speaking of folks not listed in the OP, somebody mentioned fatgirlfedup in the glitter and lazers thread. She got WLS but since her addictive personality was never successfully addressed, she replaced food with alcoholism. Her kidneys failed and she went on dialysis. She was later able to come off dialysis but she developed a rare, painful complication called calciphylaxis. This causes random calcium deposits throughout the body, resulting in blood clots and painful legions. She gon die.

Google tells me half of all patients don't survive for more than a year. That is rough. I doubt she has the reserves to be the lucky 50%.

It's worse than all that:
The 1-year mortality rate in patients who have end-stage kidney disease is 45-80%.
Median survival in patients who do not have end-stage kidney disease is 4.2 months.
Severe forms of calciphylaxis may cause diastolic heart failure from cardiac calcification, called heart of stone.
The first skin changes in calciphylaxis lesions are mottling of the skin and induration in a livedo reticularis pattern. As tissue thrombosis and infarction occurs, a black, leathery eschar in an ulcer with adherent black slough develops. Surrounding the ulcers is usually a plate-like area of indurated skin. These lesions are always extremely painful and most often occur on the lower extremities, abdomen, buttocks, and penis.
