Utterly insane video of a cold blooded mass shooter calmly strolling through a cafe and shooting random people. You can see the guy in the hallway get shot in the head and start bleeding out while is wife/gf/daughter grieves over the body. You can then rewind and see how that guy ducked for cover in that spot early on in the shooting and never moved.

Makes me realize I should always just run as far away as I can in the unlikely event that I'm caught in such a situation, because you just never know. They saw him coming but didn't react until he aimed the gun at them. The shooter's calm demeanor probably threw them off.

Not sure where this took place but I'm assuming Brazil or Argentina as Google tells me that "Kibon" brand (red freezer/fridge on the right) is from there.

Probably Brazil. I live in Argentina and never ever heard of something like this.

Also no one there even considered fighting in the situation, and some didn't even flee. The whole "fight or flight" reaction is nowhere in sight, most people just cowardly tried to hide poorly, even when they could have attacked that lunatic.

You probably don't, but searching in Google brings me Kibon was in Argentina and Uruguay too. In Chile the brand was called Bresler.

I assume you readed the assumption the OP of the killings said about between Argentina and Brazil.
I'm sure in Brazil there are more that type of shootings rather than the southern cone but at this point i'm not gonna be so thinkful about it.
