Isn’t with YouTube a scheduled premiere a thing, like “wynn” could have set this up before he went to sleep. He also has a payed editor hexogram that handles uploads and edits for the YouTube channel. Not to mention that Tennessee has two time zones.

He's a cretin. You don't "lose" Section 230 protections, it's just that 230 doesn't protect absolutely everything, with CP being an explicit exception. It's not like the DMCA where you actually have to do something (adhere to notification/counter-notification) to have the safe harbor.

To be protected: be an ISP. That's literally it. And that has interpreted in case law so insanely broadly that it covers anything from an actual ISP, like Comcast, to the editor of a thread on another forum, even as far as an individual reposting someone else's content (this in California but the general trend has been extremely broad interpretation of the protections under 230).

Your site could even be full of unprotected or outright illegal material and the ISP still wouldn't become liable for the protected material.
