Wh-what? How? How is that a victory? How is any of this a victory? He was told, by the prosecution that if he didn't take the plea deal, they would continue to investigate him and that could lead to a possible felony charge (that's legalese for "we have enough to get you on a felony if we want" or they can trump up the charges and see what sticks). He pissed the Judge off, he pissed the prosecutor off, and he made his own attorney's look incompetent.

Nothing that happened today was a victory for him. He may have dodged the reaper for a couple months. But you can't keep him at bay forever. This dude is tens of thousands in debt, has no money, has no friends, lies about everything, is blatantly dishonest about his faith and beliefs. He's tied himself to the drowning ship that is AF and once that goes up, he'll have nothing. At this rate, I don't even see his own parents taking him back in. He's a failure in every single aspect. He has nothing to show for anything. No accomplishments. No achievements. No possessions. He doesn't even have freedom.

That's not a victory.

This faggot can't be real. After this shitshow he declares it a "victory"? If he is retarded enough to not take the plea deal (if it's not retracted that is), he is going to the slammer for a long time.
If he had the choice between:
  • limp-wristed catboycels trying to shank him (while a good beating would be a good lesson/reality check for them)
  • having to live at least 10-20 years with literal career criminals of the worst kind and murderers (which will likely shank him for fun because they're not going out again anyway)
  • pissing off everyone so much that literally anyone wants to shank him or pay good money to see the footage
he would go for the last option.
