Subtle red flags include talking about themselves too much, directing a conversation always back to them bitching about their problems, people who start talking about trauma 5 minutes into knowing them usually for sympathy points, being inappropriately touchy (of course), and not respecting things I ask. If someone keeps pushing your boundaries, push back. Then drop them.

Sounds like a woman I used to work with, she was obsessed with disney princesses, dated some guy at work and not long into it, booked a trip to disney. Did pity her though, she was going to pay for it all and it just seemed like a bit of a dick move to argue over it. That relationship didn't last long after that.

I guess a gesture like that, so early in a relationship is a red flag.

Hmm I guess never thought how complex a bdsm relationship can be, but I can see why it'd be off-putting with someone you just met following a role so swiftly. I do agree though that it's rude to you as a partner when they resort to saying it's okay cause I'm A or B thing.

Those are really good red flags. You don't wanna be with someone that's rude to service workers or losing their shit on pets. I guess my question to you is what do you define borders one being clingy? I know we all have our own definition of what that would be in a partner, but interesting to know anothers feelings on that.

In order of importance:

Must be not fat. This alone really limits my options these days.

Doesn't drink or smoke weed. There's always a reason that's usually fucked up. They have to do at least one or they will end up nipping at my head.

Supports immigration - if they believe in open borders they are either mental or stupid.

Doesn't progress past small talk. I'm not going to spend the rest of our lives together talking about TV.

Bonus points if she's a masochist, fuck I love those girls.
