TBH I think he's still hung up on Faith and that's partly why he's so angry at her. He probably regrets replacing her with May, Faith even gave him a son which is what he wanted, but he's stuck with May because he doesn't have any other option and dumping her would prove the alogs right, so he continues to make the lives of May and Reroll miserable while trying to spend as much time as possible away from them.
May also knows this, which is why she tries so hard to compete with Faith every opportunity she gets.

I don't know, I don't think so. After seeing what he said to gator on the subject, I'm pretty sure he's glad she's gone. She is after all, bat shit crazy. I'll explain it easily. It is funnier to back Lauren at this stage. And backing her at this stage does not endorse, condone or mean any further support for her in the future. Simply put the funnier outcome is backing Lauren Southern, given how much Ralph has complained about her being unattractive (despite being Ethan Ralph), thirsting after her sister til it was outed she found him creepy before rage-pigging.
