Yep, looks to me like the filter just kind of wrings the neck of the person in the photo, as if the hulk strangled her. Thats how it removes those extra chins and turns them into a neckline, facinating. Like cropping out her head, shrinking the body and pasted the head back on lol.

That would be more for closing something like a door, a zipper, an office. I think the more correct procedural French would be closer to “clôture du dossier”. I may be wrong, but some of the French used in that letter seemed awkward to me and that word in particular seemed weird.

»Fermeture de dossier« is fine in Quebecois. You can check out some official provincial Websites, you'll see it in use.
If your only French is a few years studying parisian French probably not useful to try and microanalyze docs from Quebec.

Has no one considered that the author of the letter wasn't D2 or Chantal, but a troll cow tipping and like the simpleton she is she took it for face value and ran with it? Much like the charlie gold threatened me and my family situation. Maybe my musings are far fetched but the idea of someone bursting at the seams to not reveal themselves as the author of the letter is cracking me up. I'm not convinced by the letter head argument but the fact that the detective had spoken to her multiple times via email and phone and didnt bother to contact her is fishy imo.

I don't believe she was ever making 20k a month. Maybe half that, which would still be an ungodly amount given the fact that she does fuck all to earn it. She took a hit from the termination of her channel, she's been losing subs and members, and she hasn't curbed her spending at all. Plus, I wouldn't be surprised if credit card companies and/or the CRA have already been garnishing her wages. I'll bet there's a lot of unopened mail in that kitchen drawer.

Yeah, remember that she did not get to stream for like 2 weeks when they took her channel down? I believe last month's check would have been payment for that time period, The money would have been about half as much as usual.
