Welcome to the thread! This type of phalloplasty requires a not-exactly-determined amount of surgeries to complete. Ol Elephantdick here is in one of the early stages. The skin tube is meant to be lowered during a later surgery, yanking her lower abdominal skin with it (belly button included).
As for the labia “balls”, get used to that shit when looking at FtM bottom surgery. They could have a convincing, medically tattooed skin tube in a picture, but directly behind it lays labia that have been stuffed with neuticals.

That’s the thing, dude. A uterus is not the only thing involved in having a baby, like it simply holds the child in place. They wouldn’t develop a placenta, there’s no ligaments or muscles for it to hang onto, so the question is, how would they even make it to birth? Not to mention the lack of a proper endocrine system, and you’re putting a foreign organ into your body that it won’t know what the fuck to even make it do. They seriously think estrogen and progesterone is all you need, when it’s not. A woman’s entire body goes into developing the baby, not just the uterus. Also, plasma or blood from pregnant/recently pregnant women is toxic to men. I don’t understand how they’d make it even try to work.

We're living in a world where (true story) (relevant PL, no boolie pls) otherwise intelligent, college-educated, grown adults will come to your house, see a coop and chickens in your backyard, and ask you if any of the eggs ever have chicks in them. This guy posted more results again. The stitches came out recently, so he had to give an update and talk about how good the results are. They are horrible with seams and you can see hairs and other things growing or congealing inside his amhole.
