So I watched part of the weigh in, and Ian does the thing internet people and zoomers do, which is to be self depreciating to cover up a massive insecurity by playing with his belly fat after taking off his shirt and looking like a complete soyjack next to this chad Dr Mike. It's like he has to highlight it instead of pretending it isn't there. He also on the lower end of physiques there, topped only by Egoraptor.

Fury has nothing on Andy Ruiz or Butterbean in terms of looking out of shape.
But there is something about these guys who look like Ruiz, or Fury, or Butterbean, where they are fat, except around the parts that matters, you can see the frame on them underneath the large rolls of fat, which really tells you that they are world class athletes. They look farmboy strong. It's very different compared to either your average guntball like Ethan Ralph, or your skinnyfat soyjack like Idubbbz.

The above Ruiz fight is one of my favourite in terms of how physiques don't tell the story. You have on one hand, Anthony Joshua, this model of superior black genetics, this tall African muscle god, and then you have Ruiz, this very short, very fat Mexican. And the Mexican, after facing some issues, beats him (though not so well in the rematch).

Does this mean Idubbbz could smoke Dr Mike. Maybe, but he's a confessed newbie, so I fully expect not.
