In what may seem like a defense of DSP but is actually me pointing out how dumb and clueless DSP is, they did have an old, old sketch similar to what he brings up:

DSP referencing this always reminds me how completely lacking he is in a sense of humour and ability to actually analyse even the basics of what he consumes considering how little he understood from the actual bit they did.

this makes more sense of fred playing a character instead of celebrities would pretend to be someone and you would have to guess who that he claims was where he got his "character" from, it's funny cause he could have played that off as making a mistake and going too far with humor he was accustom to when he was growing up listening to stern which was a different landscape. You know, since this is being brought up, I wouldn't be surprised if Leanna told Phil to keep his mouth shut about her or she would tell everyone how old she really was when they got together.

Phil hasn't mentioned her at all since she left. Considering his autistic need to be right in everything, there has to be something holding him back, especially since he didn't seem to care about bringing personal shit up about her when they were together.

Another example of Phil never taking responsibility, it would be like saying "yes I did broke a window to get into a house and robbed the place, but it wasn't until months later that I got caught, the police didn't care during that whole time" , his argument is that because youtube didn't act immediately it wasn't actually his fault, and him saying that his viewers are the ones at fault for clicking on the ads is just fucking retarded.

The best equivalency that I can come up with that explains why he deserves to be banned would be being sponsored by some website that has a subscription service like a VPN, imagine the VPN has a system in which you can cancel the service at any time, imagine the VPN service gives Phil a code and Phil makes a video saying that if they want to help him out what they should do is to subscribe the VPN service using his code so he gets paid a flat amount , then cancel the service and do a credit card chargeback (something similar to fraudulent clicks on ads since that's defrauding the advertisers instead of youtube, making the company have to pay youtube for the ad clicks who in turn pays Phil, and the company that paid for the ads gets nothing in return), if the VPN company finds out Phil is doing this then it's completely understandable they remove the sponsorship, in this case youtube is right to remove his ad sense since he is defrauding the advertisers, how long he made the video is not important at all to the argument since his viewers are acting on it.

I think this is one of those situations where Phil's massive greed applies. Why pay her when he can weasel his way into getting stuff for free. Phil never paid anyone. He barely paid John Rambo (and we all know he loved him way more than he loved Panda).

Also going off your hypothesis: Panda was gonna talk so she was paid a lot of money not to. Then she...held up her end of the bargain and never bothered Phil again?

It is far more likely that Panda's hospital incident was a wake up call and left Phil, threatening to expose him if he doesn't GTFO of her life.

He's admitted then retracted then admitted over and over about clicking on ads for years, finally you admit it... but somehow still don't take full responsibility of it.
