Unwilling to put a likelihood down. Too much is unknown about the internal SCOTUS politics right now. What would you put the likelihood of them coming out with it today at? 50/50? Or am I being too optimistic.
Yeah that's only going to get worse as the cadre of Silent Generation/early Boomers that have the party in a stranglehold continue to deteriorate. The civil war that's already brewing within the party is going to go completely off the rails once a bunch of the leadership die in office while finally losing the support of their district/state, in a move that eerily resembles their favorite RINO, John McCain.Dem Senators can't catch a break with the strokes this year...

Eeeeeh, the problem is that argument goes both ways. Its not impossible they won't release it early at some point, but they also may not if they wish to stubbornly stick to the prior timeline as if the leaks never occurred.SCOTUS apparently issued two opinions today and that's it for the month unless they change established scheduling or release it with that shadow docket. They're going to buckle and cuck, a cuckle, you just rip the band-aid off if the opinions stayed the same from the leak:

Yeah, the kind of person who gets on the supreme court strikes me as the kind to stubbornly stick to traditions and such. I don't think it's indicative of anything other than judges being the standard cantankerous old fart that they're known to be stereotypically.Eeeeeh, the problem is that argument goes both ways. And same then for whether they cuck or not.
Just too much is unknown about the internal politics to call a likely cuck or early/normal release.
Which is why this is frustrating. People want a clear sign or a resolution, so they snap at anything they think might be one. The simple truth is nobody knows what they will do and anyone claiming they are totally killing Roe or totally going to cuck are both equally ignorant.Yeah, the kind of person who gets on the supreme court strikes me as the kind to stubbornly stick to traditions and such. Idk, there's more leaning on the side that they're sticking with the original ruling as like I said they're pretty much stereotypical judges in their thinking it would seem. And judges always seem to take severe umbrage with anything that fucks with jurisprudence, so I can imagine them sticking to the original ruling out of spite alone.Which is why this is frustrating. people want a clear sign or a resolution, so they snap at anything they think might be one. It's Putin testing his new secret weapon, a blood-pressure spike inducing satellite that wlll make Biden squirt blood from his eyes on live TV and put an end to America once and for all without all that messy nuclear fallout.but he is aweful young to have a stroke.
I'd 'counter' with the fact they could be dragging it out to give the impression of hard consideration and then cuck at the end.Idk, there's more leaning on the side that they're sticking with the original ruling as like I said they're pretty much stereotypical judges in their thinking it would seem. Fair enough I suppose but I just can't see the SCOTUS being willing to appear weak and influenced by "protesting". They do seem to put the SCOTUS having equal standing in society to the other branches of government as a paramount value even above personal political views.I'd 'counter' with the fact they could be dragging it out to give the impression of hard consideration and then cuck at the end.
All the signs can go both ways, nothing definitive has appeared to signal one way or another.
The problem with them cucking on this ruling in particular though would be the signal it would put out to the world, namely "if we leak SCOTUS drafts for public outrage we can get them to change their opinions on rulings" which I shouldn't have to point out would be very, very bad news for the court and this country as a whole. We're talking next-level shit here.If Roberts didn't completely expose his ass for Obamacare when Obama put him on blast months prior to the ruling (when he'd voted for repealing it), I'd have more respect for them being prudent caretakers of the law with tradition and time. I've already seen them cuck before, twice actually with being cowards on the 2020 election, I can't give them benefit of the doubt anymore.
Well at bare minimum block him buying a rifle since folks like James O'Keefe, not proven to be a criminal of any kind, was blocked for years. You actually very much do not want that. No, seriously, think about it one more time: do you REALLY want the FBI “taking action“ against people who have, at that point in time, commit no crimes? Unless they knew about his imminent plans, there actually isn’t much they could‘ve done. I guarantee you for every guy like this on their radar who goes on to do a mass shooting, there’s thousands who will never go further than shitposting on 4chan.
You really do not want to start dipping toes into the lake of "Allow the government to start considering certain activities that are not criminal as sufficient precursor risk of criminality to strip rights" - It never stops at 'reasonable', any law that starts as 'If you spend years talking about wanting to mass murder then start buying gun parts, stop 'em" turns into "If you post on 4chan, stop 'em" real quick.Well at bare minimum block him buying a rifle since folks like James O'Keefe, not proven to be a criminal of any kind, was blocked for years.
Now I know all that shit about "muh due process" and shit but we don't have time for rational and nuanced solutions at this time plus New York would be one of those states to have by now some sort of red flag law as well.
Putting aside the constitutionality of that, the shooter is right that Jew York's gun control laws are a joke but since this is the state of New York, the scum that they love pulling the lever for, are blaming outside states and willing to work togather with other states when shooter bought a cucked NY fixed mag AR and using tools from your local Home Depot, changed it into based, but had to use it for evil and immoral reasons.
I was being sarcastic but overall the liberals in general push these kind of "solutions" to these problems and then what do you know, they didn't work and failed hard. You really do not want to start dipping toes into the lake of "Allow the government to start considering certain activities that are not criminal as sufficient precursor risk of criminality to strip rights" - It never stops at 'reasonable', any law that starts as 'If you spend years talking about wanting to mass murder then start buying gun parts, stop 'em" turns into "If you post on 4chan, stop 'em" real quick.
The problem isn't that there's no solution, the problem is that there is no way to prevent the solution from being abused to the point that its worse than the thing its trying to cure.
Because fundamentally they seem to assume they can legislate away morality, that law is a barrier as opposed to a stick - No law ever stops anything from happening, period. Law provides a framework to punish people after it happens. But these perpetual children in adults bodies assume that the real world works the same as schools and the internet, where hard ban rules can be put in and there's nothing that can be reasonably done to evade them, in their eyes. Automod can stop you posting "Nigger" to twitter, and so why shouldn't the real world be capable of achieving the same, they think.I was being sarcastic but overall the liberals in general push these kind of "solutions" to these problems and then what do you know, they didn't work and failed hard.
And then blame others as Hochul is doing now and Biden will definitely do soon as well.
And go in even more retarded directions.
