It's not really that. The issue the author has with these kind of words is that they emphasise the suspect's youth as some kind of mitigating factor whereas many teenaged blacks who are 18 or younger are tried and incarcerated as adults.
Shun the diversity and refuse to help them when they screw up. Comply only when forced to by management. Limit your compliance to the task at hand and refuse to discuss non-work-related items with the diversity.

tl;dr Payton Gendron looked at furry porn of a female dog with breasts from the show "Martha Speaks", before shooting up a TOPS supermarket in Buffalo, New York. Specifically THIS image. Furries are freaking at at the mainstream news coverage that one of their own is a terrorist, and a flame/troll war began, causing the image's post to become #4 most commented of all time on e621 (major furry website). Now they've nuked the page, twice, and disabled comments.
After hundreds of bans and troll posts the image became the 4th most commented image in e621's history, quite impressive considering 99% of the comments were made in the last 12 hours following the shooting. Mods were mass-downvoted, forced to changing their profiles to avoid criticism, and now have completely nuked the thread. Twice. And disabled comments.
