The company listen to “jp enstarries” more because:
1. The majority of players are japanese.
2. It’s a region-locked japanese game.
3. Most of the people making demands of them use fake japanese accounts to access their services.
You can find it offensive, but you can’t be shocked when they don’t listen.
If it upsets you that deeply then you probably shouldn’t play, because the company does not and will not (most likely) care.
