Thats attitude been more prominent now considering the odds that people go up against these days. There is of course people who only care about their self preservation, but some just got worn down over time to the point of where "I gots mine" is common place.

Sure I believe you can change aspects of life gradually, too many people think of change as a fantasy where things are near instantaneous and have no real ripple effect.

Course its harder to shake these mindset when people get drip fed negativity daily. It isn't always as bad as your smart phone says.
