Re: the question of Silvana releasing her own nudes: while the temptation is always understandable and, certainly, in practice, victims do try to make extortion and threats go away by self-immolating — I would suggest no one should succumb to the temptation to harm herself in an effort to make the extortion and threats go away. We all know, as a matter of common sense, that formal justice is imperfect and inevitably falls short of natural justice, but, please, for your own benefit, always try to go the formal, institutional justice route (i.e., rather than trying to manage things yourself).
Don't negotiate with those who threaten you and certainly don't negotiate with and try to manage those who threaten you alone, relying on your own best layman's judgment; that's what extortionists, blackmailers and others who threaten harm (even barely sentient halfwits like Ron) rely upon. We have all kinds of professionals across disciplines and fields in the Western Euro-American world who know these scumbags and how they operate and who will use that knowledge to help you deal with them. Seek out professional counsel; ask for help and keep asking until you get it. Most people in this sort of situation become isolated, lose perspective and are consequently surprised at how common this sort of thing is — sadly, scum like Ron are a dime a dozen — and how many resources, legal and social, have cropped up to deal with this verminous scum.
TL; DR: You're not alone; your situation is far from unique; don't try to manage or ward off harm by yourself; find those who know and understand this scum's m.o. to help you because good professional counsel and guidance (legal and otherwise) is out there and i.m.h.o. actually helpful.

Why, yes; yes, STFC, she did say that. Often. Because, of course, hectoring, hazing and unjustly tormenting others out of all proportion to any offense isn't a part of the human condition, transcending age and any other demographic category — it's something that gets left behind in childhood. You know. Like baby teeth. Certainly, all adults are upright gentlemen and scholars who would never get their jollies or deflect from their own gross shortcomings by unjustly tormenting others.

Clara is one thing but, regarding Ron, I think it won't matter what Silvana does or does not do: Ron does what he does because Ron is intrinsically the obsessive, ruminating, malignant scum that he is, not because he is prompted to be scum. There was absolutely no reason for her nudes to be brought up ever, let alone in ostensible response to something Alex did and that Silvana had no part in — yet they were dredged up again. And they will continue to be dredged up. What did Belinda's dead child have to do with what Alex did? Nothing. But that was dredged up as Ron spun out — again, for the millionth time — too. We've seen it over and over again. This is Ron's m.o. "Boots on necks!" for years. Remember: he's actually proud of, rather than embarrassed by, his single-minded malignance. He's always like an especially retarded dog with a bone.
This is all Ron is, all he is capable of being and all he will ever be until the day he blesses all those who encounter him by finally becoming worm food. There is no attorney in the civilized world who, upon meeting Ron, would see him as anything but a liability to himself, a revolving door client and a bred-in-the-bone lifetime recidivist. He will never stop this behavior until he's dead regardless of what anyone does or does not do. That doesn't mean that it would be a bad idea for Silvana to stop engaging and seek formal support, but it's important to clarify that she's not causing him to be this way. Ron is causing himself to be this way. His refusal to be different and better — his refusal to critically evaluate himself, to learn and to grow as human beings do — is precisely why he's subhuman vermin. Everything else is just a symptom of that fact.
On a more fun note: the only thing better than lolyer Ron and lolyer Clara are the two together with their shared grand total of zero training or credentials but their eminent confidence that their solipsistic reasoning and wishful thinking is a substitute for the court's reasoning. Clara, in her shortsighted desire to get one over on a younger, prettier, more desirable woman is actually encouraging Ron to do precisely what will most harm him. Again, his stupidity and irascibility are his fault, not hers; this is just to say that she's just as stupid, solipsistic, short-sighted and impulsive as he is. Virtually any attorney would tell him to shut. the. absolute. fuck. up. yesterday. Of course, in practice, he's incapable of doing that but that would still be the recommendation because it's sound advice. Since Clara is impulsive and navel-gazing (another quality she shares with Chantal, for those who are keeping the list) and has the common sense and legal acumen of a single-celled organism, she instead inadvertently feeds him more rope to hang himself because she thinks she can harm her internet enemies thereby.
They both also always seem to think that courts in the Western world (or, really, anywhere where rule of law has purchase) are oblivious to the fact that law-breakers try to create plausible deniability to deny their transgression(s) — surprise: law-breakers are often weaselly, lie in a variety of ways (including, commonly, by trying to manipulate language), try to cover up their wrongdoing to the best of their ability and almost always think that they're smarter than the courts and will win their cases with transparent sophistries. Clara and Ron always speak as though they believe the courts don't understand the natural, vernacular use of language and that the courts don't have the capacity or will to act on that knowledge. Tell me you're unfamiliar with the law as it is actually adjudicated without telling me you're unfamiliar with the law as it is actually adjudicated.
