The MS seems legit. He is using a 3-4k TRA brand wheelchair that is a bit different than the typical munchie Drive/random trash/donation wheelchair. Colon cancer could be legit too since his sister died of aggressive cancer and it is hereditary. I could see his rich parents springing for a proper wheelchair if he had a legit need.

The undiagnosed MS combined with the Ketamine abuse could explain what an awful person he was.

I might be rainbows but maybe there can be a redemption arc where Ripley becomes a somewhat normal ish human and less of an asshole.

Maybe Ripley will embrace a he/him or they/them gender identity and give up the penis pussy ghost.

Fair point. I guess in his case it'd really depend on the size of whatever they found (if any of it is true and not total bullshit, which is a big caveat); I guess if it was something early and small they could have just tried to remove it surgically without the chemo.

I know someone right now who's being treated for colon cancer, unsure of the size though I know it was caught fairly early, and the doctors wanted him to do about nine months of chemo to try and shrink the tumor to see if they could avoid surgery altogether (assumedly because surgical intervention could potentially result in needing a colostomy bag, which'd be a pretty shitty QOL downgrade). Thought that might be the universal approach, but looking into it more it looks like plenty of places go for surgery first if they can. The more you know.

Though if he DID claim to have colon surgery, what if this was all an advanced plot to claim ableism if anyone calls him on his public diaper fetish in the future?

If stage 0-1, surgery is usually curative and the only treatment necessary. Even stage 2 at times

They also can now do genetic testing to determine if you’d even benefit from chemo - not everyone will. Thankfully the options for treatment have vastly improved. Targeted treatments are available.

Like you said, there are a LOT of variables. Location, size, stage, genetics, medical history etc. My kingdom for a keek at those medical records haha

Not to mention if he does indeed have MS, some chemo can worsen the symptoms something fierce. And on the other side of the coin, other chemo meds are showing some potential in treatment for Ms

In all seriousness, I'm a bit older than Rioley, and even though he's a piece of shit (and assuming he's not lying for Twitter asspats) I can't imagine having been diagnosed with both cancer and MS at his age. There but for the grace of God goes Norman, and I genuinely wish him the best of health.

I’ve always held the idea that he doesn’t have colon cancer but just has a prolapsed anus from years of butt stuff.

For MS I’m also smashing A large X.
MS is harder to sus because Rioply is the age where it can manifest and I think it does hit different people in different ways.
I have lost a someone to MS, they never had to use a wheelchair but they had episodes where they would be completely catatonic loosing control of all their limbs. Also this person died within 6 years of their diagnosis.

I’m sure if Rioley was wheeling around SF (good luck with the hills lol) and was waiting in line for his favorite artisan vegan pizza and someone called him “sir” he would jump off his wheel wheelchair and start stamping his dainty size 13 feet demanding to see the manager.

Also, get ready for the “Ripley Tempest Violet Grift Storm”, all these medical issues sound expensive, and hes spent all his money on his extremely successful facial feminization surgery already.
