Terrorism is also illegal with CP obviously, but how do we decide that the violent act of blowing away people with a gun is protected content, but the violent act of not killing children but raping them is not protected.

Pretty sure it’s not generally illegal anywhere to film and publish footage of someone else murdering, whereas it’s generally illegal to film and publish footage of someone else raping a child. IIRC Null has said he could have USA legal problems if he hosted CP, but not the shooter footage.

Also, please note it is the Conservatives currently running Convict Islsnd, and they created this law. Aussies are fucked whoever they vote for, because their other major party is further left and fully deep throats the trains agenda. I hope all the Aussie farmers vote for minor parties with less authoritarian/woke policies.

Lol, get fucked. Why does it seem that every country that retains too much British DNA or culture (The UK, obviously, but also Canada and Australia) always become self important authoritarian shitholes deserving of an atomic bitch slap?
Thank God Anglo-Americans are a minority. They’re not so different here to be honest when they are in sufficient numbers. States with the highest number of Anglo-Americans tend to be more authoritarian and dickish. Due to immigration from the rest of Europe and the rest of the world, we’ve been able to to keep them from going full 1984.

Can I echo the sentiment of 'why is australia of all places sperging about it'?
I was wondering the same thing, but the responses in the thread seem to suggest that someone, quite possibly that Trevor who helped dox LibsofTikTok, reported it and this was basically a form response. I did want to know if the government was looking for it, or if someone against the site had pointed out the footage and manifesto was hosted here, and it seems most likely the latter. Probably accelerated because of the election, trying out the new laws, and it's easier to start censoring people saying mean things about politicians (like they're talking about in the UK and seem to want to do in Australia) if you start with censoring the video of a real mass murder.

It feels like something I read here, that with the compulsory voting in Australia you can still vote for nobody, but if you want to you can draw and write all sorts of things in your vote and, as long as you have still voted correctly it will count. So if you want to draw a bunch of dicks all over your paper you can, not that it will be seen by anyone except the volunteer staff.

But as far as I can tell this is just more SJWs bleating about the evil Farms with our fictional death count, prompting a formal letter. Which, letters are easy. It's if they do anything else that will be a concern.

I'm now tempted to send my own impotent legal form to the Australian government informing them that they've breached many of America's constitutional amendments and several sections of the bill of rights and that if they do not come into compliance they'll be fined and jailed. At the end I would include the line "Annoying when another country wants you to follow their laws, isn't it faggots?"

Can't stop laughing, it's fucking hilarious that the buffoons think that they can control the content (that has nothing to do with Australia) on a website (the running of which, has absolutely nothing to do with Australia).
Anyone would think that Australia is full of child-like people, with no ability to think for themselves.

Hmm they did get this issued VERY quickly for an Australian Government department. I think you are onto something friend!
If someone else hasn't said it yet, it's so they could make sure that the election was well and truly sewed up, I think that they have completely freaked out over the minor parties getting a lot of interaction, and that the protests continue to draw enormous crowds.
Pretty sure they used accountabletech's '2020 election integrity and social media platforms' documents as a guide, as quite a few articles (2021 - 2022) talk about the US election and how those types of 'safeguards' haven't been used in Australia previously, and on top of that, the cabal serfs couldn't get fb to do what they wanted.
Despite Facebook publicly claiming it was an unfortunate error, the documents show that internally the move was praised as “genius” and led Mark Zuckerberg to say the negotiations achieved “the best possible outcome in Australia,” when the government changed its mind on a key point and didn’t “designate” it under the legislation.

This material can motivate new acts of terror — after all, Payton Gendron was trying to emulate Brenton Tarrant.

I’m not arguing in favor of banning Gendron’s retard manifesto or the video; just making a point.
It would have happened regardless of video. There's no video of French guillotining yet radicals still use it today as a symbol and threaten to do so. He just wouldn't have a half-assed attempt to tag his gun like Tarrant did.
