I didn’t get the idea Nick even fully understood the “take an Uber to dialysis” thing and just sort of categorized it as “pill stream” stuff. I don’t know the exact day it happened, and it was def during the pillstream era, but Ralph just passed out with his audio stream still going and everyone got to hear how Ralph regularly talks to his sick mom in the morning. It wasn’t part of the illustrious pill stream.

I’d actually think Sandra was terrified of getting near Ralph’s door unless it was open or morning because he would have gone full rage pig if his mom interrupted his stream. Sandra didn’t need any more holes in the walls or broken doors in her dilapidated crack shack.

I think Ralph seemed confused as to why Mayr didn't just throw him off the stream. I think his Wigger brain made him think it was some sort of power move which is why he told her that she'd have to be the one to end the call.

I suspect that it was just she was smart enough to realise that his melt down was entertaining. She actually walked a fine line by staying calm and concillatory but without rolling over or making it look that Ralph was intimidating her. Which just seemed to confuse him further.
